Detached two-bedroom ADU on an infill lot. Utility separation from primary residence, spread footing foundation, framing, MEP, envelope, composition roof with integrated 4 kW PV, 5 kWh battery.

Solar-and-battery retrofit on an existing residence undergoing roof replacement. Standing-seam roof replacement, 10 kW PV array with panel-level microinverters, 13.5 kWh battery, main service panel upgrade to 200 A, EV charger install, NEM 3.0 interconnection.
